Power creates structure and explains the struggle between individuals or groups of individuals. In this sense, politics deviates from ethics, because as long as it can use any means, as long as it can achieve its purpose, any means can be used to obtain what is expected.

Politics is a way to understand and arrange social affairs, and it is also a way for people to gain greater control over the situation
