Homemade Tips for Beautiful Hair


In every woman's wish list, long, thick, shiny hair is very important. But every day exposed to pollution, sunlight and dust, this is almost impossible to fulfill the dream of beautiful hair. In the long run, the chemicals contained in products available on the market do more harm than good. So how do you solve all these problems while keeping your hair healthy and strong? Here are some homemade tips and tricks which will help you to achieve your target of long and beautiful hair:

1. Diet is Important
Diet plays a very important role in the overall health of hair. Depending on your hair type, these are some supplements in your diet that can help you add some glory. For normal hair use fish, chicken, pulses. Fr dry hair use raw vegetables, banana, pulses, nuts and vitamin E. For oily hair you may use fresh fruit, yogurt and green leafy vegetables.


2. Mild Shampoo
The most important step to keep your hair healthy is to keep your hair clean. And the product you choose must be suitable for you. Keep it gentle at all times, do not use clarified shampoo more than every once in a while, otherwise product accumulation will affect the effect of the shampoo. Ladies, please keep in mind that the shampoo is only used to clean the scalp and does not condition the hair, so on average, dry shampoo will not help you. If anything, it will only cause harm in the long run.

3. Conditioner
Conditioner is very essential for your hair and if you use homemade conditioner that will be awesome. Eggs have a wonderful effect on hair. Egg yolk is rich in fat and protein, which can greatly moisturize, and egg yolk helps to remove excess oil. Use eggs to condition normal hair, egg yolk to condition dry hair, and white to condition oily hair. Remember to only rinse with warm water! Yogurt is also used for conditioning of hair so you may apply yogurt to your hair in summer for best results. 


4. Cleansing the scalp
Itchy scalp may be the result of poor diet, stress or climate conditions. Mix with 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, olive oil and water. Massage the scalp with this mixture and let it sit for 20 minutes. Wash as usual. Lemon juice helps to remove dry skin scales, while olive oil moisturizes the scalp.


5. Damaged Hair
The sun's rays and using heating products on hair are indeed harmful to your hair and can seriously damage your hair. To get rid of this problem, try honey and olive oil. Massage 1/2 cup of honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil into clean and wet hair Rinse after 20 minutes. Olive oil in honey can have both antibacterial and conditioning effects.


6. Frizzy Hair
Massage mashed avocado and honey into your hair for frizz free hair.


7. Treat Dandruff with Brown Sugar
One of the most common hair problems is dandruff. Mix 2 parts of brown sugar with 1 part of conditioner, and then gently wipe on the scalp, it can be effectively treated at home. Rinse thoroughly.


8. Hair Fall
Hair loss is a problem that persists throughout life. It keeps attracting our attention! We didn't expect anything. Aloe Vera is the perfect choice for repairing the scalp and returning the pH balance to normal. It also has cleansing properties and can clean pores. Mix Aloevera gel with 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, add 2 tablespoons coconut oil, blend and apply to scalp and hair. Wash your hair as usual after 20 minutes.
